本書共設計8個學習單元,從旅游專業(yè)學生實際工作的需要出發(fā)進行設計和編寫,以旅游服務的整個工作過程為導向,包括迎接游客、住、食、行、游、娛、購、問題處理、歡送游客等方面,選用滿足生活職業(yè)需要的內(nèi)容,通過創(chuàng)設生活職業(yè)情境,突出“專業(yè)與服務崗位對接,專業(yè)課程內(nèi)容與職業(yè)標準對接,教學過程與服務過程對接”,促進語言技能的遷移。每個單元包括 Learning Gals(學習目標)、Vocabulary(詞匯)、Sentences(句型)、Dialogue(情景會話)、Tips(知識拓展)和 Summing-up(單元知識總結)。
