前言
提起教孩子做飯,許多家長都會(huì)不自覺地?cái)[擺手,將廚房當(dāng)成孩子的禁區(qū)。
“我家孩子太小,還不能學(xué)做飯。”
“廚房全是火呀、刀呀、煤氣呀,孩子進(jìn)來太危險(xiǎn)了!
“學(xué)做飯沒用,還不如學(xué)做題!
五花八門的理由讓絕大多數(shù)孩子都不會(huì)做飯。畢竟,孩子要以學(xué)業(yè)為重,而并非需要從小就圍著灶臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)。
但其實(shí),對于孩子來說,學(xué)習(xí)做飯是一件非常有意義的事情,不但可以陶冶情操、增強(qiáng)動(dòng)手能力,還能讓孩子更加熱愛生活,成為一個(gè)全面發(fā)展的人。
所以,我們應(yīng)該讓孩子適當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)習(xí)一些生活技能,比如學(xué)會(huì)做飯、學(xué)會(huì)做家務(wù)、學(xué)會(huì)照顧自己。而作為家長,只要做好以下幾點(diǎn),就能輕松教會(huì)孩子做飯了。
首先,家長應(yīng)陪同孩子一起做飯。
刀具、電源以及做飯時(shí)的高溫的確是不確定的危險(xiǎn)因素,但家長也必須認(rèn)識到,隨著孩子逐漸長大,總有一天要脫離家長獨(dú)立生活。孩子獨(dú)立生活以后,肯定還是要和這些東西打交道的。與其到時(shí)候獨(dú)自面對,不如在家長的陪伴下從小就開始接觸。
從孩子步入小學(xué)開始,家長其實(shí)就可以有意識地教孩子煮飯做菜了。一開始可以讓孩子幫忙端菜、端飯、拿筷子,慢慢地可以讓他看著家長做,再過一段時(shí)間,就可以讓孩子嘗試做一些簡單的菜了。在孩子獨(dú)立操作的過程中,家長還是需要在旁邊看著,以免發(fā)生意外。
第二,每周做一到兩次即可。
家長教孩子做飯,不是為了讓孩子從小就獨(dú)立做飯,還是要以培養(yǎng)技能為主。
也有很多家長認(rèn)為,教孩子做飯會(huì)浪費(fèi)孩子的時(shí)間,每天的功課以及課外興趣班都要花費(fèi)不少精力,如果再讓孩子做飯,確實(shí)是會(huì)占用時(shí)間。但是如果這個(gè)頻率控制在每周一到兩次的話,則不會(huì)有任何影響了。孩子在繁重的學(xué)業(yè)中,抽出時(shí)間和家長做做飯,還能讓緊張的心情放松一下,達(dá)到減壓的目的。
第三,關(guān)鍵在于培養(yǎng)孩子的動(dòng)手能力。
家長教孩子做飯,本意不是為了讓孩子在這方面有所見識,更多是為了培養(yǎng)孩子的動(dòng)手能力,讓孩子更加熱愛生活。
在這個(gè)過程中,家長要注意培養(yǎng)孩子的興趣,而不是讓孩子產(chǎn)生一種做飯很煩的感覺。在教孩子做飯的過程中,可以適當(dāng)增加菜品,讓孩子把做菜當(dāng)成一堂有趣的手工課。
對于孩子來說,做飯的過程是最重要的,是提升他們動(dòng)手能力的好方式,也是讓孩子更加熱愛生活的好途徑。所以,作為家長,我們一定要在條件允許的情況下,盡可能地讓孩子學(xué)會(huì)烹飪,體驗(yàn)做飯帶來的樂趣和意義。
