《法律英語2》具備以下幾個(gè)主要特點(diǎn):
一.在法律英語教學(xué)中將法律知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)與專業(yè)語言技能訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合。通過學(xué)習(xí)本教材,學(xué)生能夠在特定的語境中準(zhǔn)確掌握法律英語專業(yè)詞匯和法律文書中常用語言,熟悉法律英語的語言特點(diǎn),同時(shí)系統(tǒng)了解英美法律制度與特征,提高閱讀和理解法律文書的能力,例如法律期刊、商事立法、法律函件和其他商事法律文件。
