《中國動物疫情公共危機：演化機理與防控政策》以突發(fā)性動物疫情公共危機演化機理和突發(fā)性動物疫情公共危機防控政策為核心研究內容，融合防疫學、動物學、管理學、危機管理學、法學、經濟學、社會學等多學科知識交叉集成。從動物疫情公共危機理論出發(fā)，系統(tǒng)梳理了風險臨界理論、危機擴散動力學理論、危機演化時間窗口理論、大數據仿真理論、風險決策理論和危機治理問責理論等六大理論。以突發(fā)性動物疫情造成的實際損害狀態(tài)變化為切入點，觀察突發(fā)性動物疫情公共危機狀態(tài)下養(yǎng)殖戶行為決策、社會群體行為決策、地方政府行為決策及其相互關系，分析各決策主體行為決策模式及其決策效果，從而研究并提出防控疫情、化解危機、促進不同主體利益統(tǒng)一的政策，以期達到公共危機管理綜合效益化。
