二噁英是多氯代二苯并-對(duì)-二噁英(PCDDs)和多氯代二苯并呋喃(PCDFs)的總稱,具有致癌、致畸和致突變的效應(yīng)(三致效應(yīng)),已被列入《斯德哥爾摩公約》持久性有機(jī)污染物(POPs)的黑名單中。PCDDFs的來源主要是垃圾焚燒、化工生產(chǎn)、金屬冶煉及精煉過程和造紙工業(yè)等。本書針對(duì)前人研究中存在的問題,選取毒性較強(qiáng)、氣相分配比占80%以上的2,3,7,8-TCDD和2,3,7,8-TCDF作為模型化合物,主要研究了2,3,7,8-TCDDF與HOx、O3、NO3、Cl的反應(yīng)機(jī)理研究,大氣環(huán)境中OH自由基引發(fā)的2,3,7,8-TCDD和2,3,7,8-TCDF的氧化降解機(jī)理,以及PCDDs與OH自由基反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)的QSAR研究。
