當(dāng)前,國家、區(qū)域、產(chǎn)業(yè)等尺度內(nèi)部及尺度之間的經(jīng)濟關(guān)聯(lián)日趨復(fù)雜,引發(fā)越來越多“看不見”的水資源流轉(zhuǎn)其中。本書提出了一整套水資源多尺度核算分析理論框架,對不同尺度經(jīng)濟和工程中“看得見”和“看不見”的水資源使用進(jìn)行了深入分析。本書提出了體現(xiàn)水投入產(chǎn)出模擬方法,以世界經(jīng)濟、中國經(jīng)濟和北京經(jīng)濟為例探討了如何辨析國際貿(mào)易、國內(nèi)貿(mào)易中隱含的水轉(zhuǎn)移及產(chǎn)業(yè)間的水關(guān)聯(lián),基于體現(xiàn)水強度數(shù)據(jù)庫提出了體現(xiàn)水系統(tǒng)核算方法,選取典型的可再生能源工程和污水處理工程開展了案例研究,針對不同尺度的研究對象提出了水資源管理建議,包括如何運用科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)對國際輿論等。
邵玲,北京大學(xué)理學(xué)博士,中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(北京)經(jīng)濟管理學(xué)院副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事生態(tài)經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究,發(fā)表論文40余篇。主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目和北京市社科基金青年項目等。任中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(北京)自然資源戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展研究院碳中和研究中心副主任、中國系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程專委會委員、中國自然資源學(xué)會資源經(jīng)濟研究專委會委員。伍梓,北京大學(xué)理學(xué)博士,清華大學(xué)水利系副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事水沙、水環(huán)境、水生態(tài)領(lǐng)域研究,發(fā)表論文60余篇。任Water Resources Research等3個國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊副主編、中國系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程專委會副秘書長、中國水利學(xué)會青年科技工作委員會委員。主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目課題、子課題及國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目等。
