唐一平,男,湖南東安人。西安交通大學(xué)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,中國民主同盟盟員。1968年畢業(yè)于西安交通大學(xué)機械制造系,于1979年回校讀研,1982年獲西安交通大學(xué)固體力學(xué)專業(yè)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1983年1月—1995年9月在西安理工大學(xué)機械工程系任講師、副教授。1995年10月調(diào)入西安交通大學(xué)機械工程學(xué)院工作,2002年獲評教授職稱。曾主持或承擔多項國家自然科學(xué)基金及其他國家和省部級科研項目,并長期負責全校研究生課程“實用科技英文寫作”的授課;先后獲國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進步獎二等獎1項,省部級科技成果獎2項,西安交通大學(xué)科研和教學(xué)成果獎6項;2008年被寶鋼教育基金會授予寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎,2011年被民盟中央委員會授予“先進個人”稱號。近年來在國內(nèi)外知名雜志發(fā)表論文并被SCI 收錄80余篇,主編出版英文版教材5本,并在世界圖書出版公司出版了我國第一部高等教育雙語工具書《中國高等教育漢英詞典》。
