《中華思想文化術(shù)語11》為"中華思想文化術(shù)語傳播工程"的主要成果,收錄了100條中華思想文化術(shù)語,以中英文雙語的方式進行闡釋。這些術(shù)語反映了中國傳統(tǒng)文化特征和民族思維方式,體現(xiàn)了中國核心價值,編寫者用易于口頭表達(dá)、交流的簡練語言客觀準(zhǔn)確地予以詮釋,目的是在政府機構(gòu)、社會組織、傳播媒體等對外交往活動中,傳播好中國聲音,講好中國故事,讓世界更多了解中國國情、歷史和文化。中華思想文化術(shù)語是中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的思想精粹。準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)中華思想核心概念,推進中華思想文化術(shù)語傳播,是維護文化主權(quán)、增強文化自信、促進文化交流的重要途徑。黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人高度重視中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承。為進一步做好中華思想文化術(shù)語傳播工作,經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn),設(shè)立中華思想文化術(shù)語傳播工程(以下簡稱"工程"),并建立了由教育 部、國家語委作為召集單位,中央編譯局、中國外文局、外交部、民政部、文化部、新聞出版廣電總局、國務(wù)院新聞辦、新華社、中國科學(xué)院、中國社會科學(xué)院等十個部委(單位)為成員的部際聯(lián)席會議機制,負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)中華思想文化術(shù)語傳播工作。"工程"的設(shè)立旨在梳理反映中國傳統(tǒng)文化特征和民族思維方式、體現(xiàn)中國核心價值的思想文化術(shù)語,用易于口頭表達(dá)、交流的簡練語言客觀準(zhǔn)確地予以詮釋,在政府機構(gòu)、社會組織、傳播媒體等對外交往活動中,傳播好中國聲音,講好中國故事,讓世界更多了解中國國情、歷史和文化。"工程"聘請權(quán)威專家成立顧問組、專家委員會、學(xué)術(shù)委員會,制定中華思想文化術(shù)語遴選與譯寫規(guī)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),開展遴選與譯寫工作,發(fā)布譯寫成果及規(guī)范應(yīng)用等。秘書處設(shè)在北京外國語大學(xué)外語教學(xué)與研究出版社。目前,"工程"組織文、史、哲等學(xué)科權(quán)威專家100余人,經(jīng)過前期縝密研究,反復(fù)論證,已遴選、譯寫中華思想文化術(shù)語,形成本系列,向社會發(fā)布,推薦和鼓勵社會使用。
《中華思想文化術(shù)語》編委會由韓震等人組成。韓震,北京師范大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會主任、教授。袁濟喜,中國人民大學(xué)國學(xué)院教授,中國人民大學(xué)孔子研究院學(xué)術(shù)委員,北京大學(xué)美學(xué)與美育研究中心客座教授。王博,北京大學(xué)副校長、教授,北京大學(xué)儒學(xué)研究院院長、道家研究中心主任。聶長順,武漢大學(xué)中國傳統(tǒng)文化中心教授、日本研究中心學(xué)術(shù)企劃部部長。黃友義,曾任國際翻譯家聯(lián)盟副主席、外文局副局長兼總編輯、中國翻譯協(xié)會秘書長,現(xiàn)任中國翻譯協(xié)會副會長、全國翻譯資格(水平)考試英語專家委員會主任。
