電力電子變換器實用分析與設(shè)計 讀者對象:本書可作為高等學(xué)校電氣工程、自動化和電子信息工程專業(yè)的高年級本科生教材,也可供參加大學(xué)生科創(chuàng)訓(xùn)練或相關(guān)電子競賽的教師和學(xué)生作為參考書籍。
本書針對電力電子變換器設(shè)計的實際問題,介紹了變換器的一般設(shè)計流程、典型功能電路原理與主要元器件特性,闡述了變換器中理想與實際的差異及非理想因素產(chǎn)生的影響;介紹了印制電路板的一般設(shè)計流程與方法,闡述了變換器優(yōu)化設(shè)計的一般方法及典型實例;最后介紹了變換器調(diào)試排故的一般方法及典型案例分析。
秦海鴻,南京航空航天大學(xué)自動化學(xué)院副教授,長期從事航空航天、軍事裝備用電源系統(tǒng)及電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),以及第三代半導(dǎo)體器件應(yīng)用研究與開發(fā)工作,近年來參與及承擔國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目、教育部博士點基金、寬禁帶電力電子器件國家重點實驗室開放基金、臺達科教基金重點項目、航空單位及相關(guān)企業(yè)合作項目等多項課題研究任務(wù)。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利12項,出版專著及教材《多電飛機的電氣系統(tǒng)》、《碳化硅電力電子器件原理與應(yīng)用》、《氮化鎵電力電子器件原理與應(yīng)用》、《混合勵磁電機的結(jié)構(gòu)與原理》、《電機設(shè)計及實例》。江蘇省電子學(xué)會電源專業(yè)委員會秘書長、中國電源學(xué)會高級會員、以及IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics,《中國電機工程學(xué)報》、《南京航空航天大學(xué)學(xué)報》、《電源學(xué)報》等期刊的審稿專家。
