During drafting this specification, the drafting team has conducted extensive researches and investigations, summarized main technical measures for construction safety monitoring of hydropower and water resources projects, and incorporated the latest research results.
This specification covers the content of safety monitoring for works including slope excavation, cofferdam, underground works,concrete dam and powerhouse and earth-rockfill dam, and processing and analysis of monitoring data.
This specification was proposed by China Electricity Council.
