男,1958年2月22日出生于四川成都。主要學(xué)術(shù)專長是知識、發(fā)展社會學(xué),現(xiàn)從事社會學(xué)研究,F(xiàn)任中國社科院歐洲研究所所長、研究員。,劉作奎,遼寧大連人,中國社會科學(xué)院歐洲研究所國際關(guān)系研究室副主任,現(xiàn)中東歐室副主任,副研究員,日本青山學(xué)院大學(xué)客座教授,中國歐洲一體化史分會理事、副秘書長,中國中東歐研究分會副秘書長、歷史學(xué)博士(2005年)。
