本書共分六個部分:第一部分為橡膠簡史,介紹了天然橡膠、合成橡膠的發(fā)展簡史;第二部分為生膠原材料,介紹了生膠的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能及應(yīng)用;第三部分為橡膠配合,介紹了配合基本原理及生膠的配合體系(硫化體系、填充補強體系、軟化增塑體系及防護(hù)體系);第四部分為橡膠加工工藝,介紹了混煉、擠出、壓延和成型基本知識;第五部分為橡膠硫化,介紹了硫磺硫化、非硫磺硫化、動態(tài)硫化等基本知識;第六部分為膠料物理機械性能測試,介紹了硫化特性、拉伸性能、耐介質(zhì)性等膠料常規(guī)性重要物性測試基本知識。
