本書從古史研究的角度深入發(fā)掘清華簡的文獻價值。全書分為上、中、下三編。上編“辨?zhèn)纹敝铝τ谖墨I的辨?zhèn)喂ぷ,具體探討清華簡《尹誥》《說命》《耆夜》《保訓》四篇;中編“征史篇”重點研究清華簡《厚父》《皇門》《祭公》《芮良夫毖》所反映的西周早、中、晚時期的政治史;下編“稽古篇”意在通過對清華簡《尹至》《尹誥》《赤鵠之集湯之屋》《程寤》《金?g》《楚居》等篇記事內(nèi)容的辯證分析,發(fā)掘其中可以說明古史真相的材料。
