作者簡介
韓貴清,1954年5月生,中共黨員,大學學歷,二級研究員,中共十八大代表。原黑龍江省農(nóng)業(yè)科學院院長兼黨組書記、黑龍江現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)研究院院長、黑龍江省農(nóng)業(yè)委員會副主任;現(xiàn)任黑龍江省人民政府參事、黑龍江省政協(xié)教科文衛(wèi)委員會副主任委員;國際農(nóng)業(yè)教育科學院院士;國際農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟研究中心主任、英國皇家農(nóng)業(yè)大學教授;中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院、甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學、哈爾濱師范大學、東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學博士研究生導師;農(nóng)業(yè)部第九屆科學技術(shù)委員會委員;黑龍江省草業(yè)科學學科領(lǐng)軍人才和黑龍江省農(nóng)學會理事長;黑龍江省草業(yè)協(xié)會會長等。先后榮獲國家科學技術(shù)進步獎二等獎1項、黑龍江省科技進步獎一等獎2項和省長特別獎3項;榮獲國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼、農(nóng)業(yè)部第三屆中華農(nóng)業(yè)英才獎、全國農(nóng)技推廣標兵和黑龍江省**中青年專家等稱號。多次在北京大學、中央黨校、中國科學院和第三屆世界農(nóng)科院院長高層討論會做專題演|井、報告;出版多部專*;多次在聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移大會、全國農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新大會、全國農(nóng)業(yè)人才工作會議、全國農(nóng)業(yè)教育培訓工作會議和省委人才工作會議等會議上進行經(jīng)驗交流和大會發(fā)言。
